we had a wonderful stay at keppels head! the location was perfect for exploring the seafront. we loved the fantastic breakfast each morning, and the harbor boat tour was a highlight of our trip. the free pass for the pier building was a nice touch too!

The Deluxe Family Room was decent but the furniture felt a bit outdated for the price we paid. The bathroom was nice, but the towel rail wasn’t warm. The carpet had some stains too. That said, the room was serviced daily, which I appreciated, and the staff were super helpful when my husband got sick. They really made sure we had what we needed.

The staff were very accommodating, and the included amenities made our experience even better. the room could have been more comfortable, as the bed arrangement wasn't ideal for a couple.

Perfect spot for sightseeing!

We just spent 3 nights in a double room and it was fab! The location was super handy for all the sights. Shopping just a stone's throw away. Breakfast was really good with loads to choose from. The staff were awesome, especially Max at reception. Only issue was the trains were noisy at times.
